The Red Rose Children’s Choir is hosting a Trivia Night fundraising event on Friday, March 1, at 6:30 pm. The event will take place in the gathering space at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. This promises to be a fun and exciting evening with a team trivia competition and related games, choral performances highlighting Bella Rosa and Boys II singers, and a silent auction. This is a great opportunity to spend time with other choir parents while having fun and raising money for the choir!
Event Schedule
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM – Taco Bar
7:15 PM – 10:00 PM – Trivia and Dessert
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Silent Auction
Here’s are some ways you can help get ready and be a part of the event:
- Save the date and start planning your trivia team! Teams will be 6 people and can be purchased as a table or individually. You are welcome to bring non-choir friends to this event. Registration will begin at the end of January.
- Join the planning committee. We are still looking for some parents to assist with the planning committee – specifically for food, decorations and securing donations for the silent auction. If you are interested in assisting with any of these areas, please let me know!
- Make a Donation We are looking for donated items (goods, experiences, gift cards, etc,) to create baskets for the silent auction. If you would like to help coordinate a basket for your singer’s choir, please email Nicole Drake
- If you own a business and are able to donate an item, feel free to email as well to see how you can contribute to this event
We are grateful for support of any kind! Red Rose Children’s Choir is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. If you are unable to help us plan, we hope you’ll join us for some fun and fellowship at the event!
