Our 25th season has officially begun! We are so thankful that we could once again gather for a day of music, fun, activities, and games at Camp Duncan. Whether joining us for the first time or returning to greet old friends, members of each choir came together to get the year started off right!
Singers took part in a range of activities including boating, blobbing, hiking, drumming, and other team-building games. Attendees also took advantage of the fantastic weather to tie-dye some 25th Anniversary Red Rose t-shirts. These activities are a great way for the singers to get to know each other, make new friends, and learn to work together. It’s also a great way to meet singers from other choirs and try a new challenge. Some choir members were even brave enough to tackle the “Black Hole” Slide!
Spending a day together at Camp Duncan is just one of many traditions that make the Red Rose Children’s Choir and Lake County Boy’s Choir so unique. We are so excited that it has returned and can’t wait for the wonderful music this fall will bring!
